Mukhyamantri Prasuti Sahayata Yojana
The unorganized working-class women of Madhya Pradesh face many problems during their pregnancy or after childbirth, due to their family’s financial constraints and various other reasons. so the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister has started the Chief Minister’s Maternity Assistance Scheme for those working-class women of the state. Through this project, the Madhya Pradesh state government will provide a grant of Rs 16,000 to all those unorganized working-class Pregnant women during their childbirth

- Taking responsibility of Unorganized labour women during their pregnancy so that they do not face any difficulties during pregnancy
- To meet and arranged all the health needs during pregnancy
- Taking care of the child and the mother so that both do not suffer from malnutrition

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Madhya Pradesh
- Applicants must have an unorganized working class level and a BPL card
- The applicant must have a labor card
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- To apply for this scheme the applicant woman has to apply six weeks before her delivery. If the woman cannot apply within 6 weeks then she can also apply after her delivery but must apply within 90 days of delivery.
- The benefit of this scheme will be given for the birth of a maximum of two children in a family
- Women under the Maternal Protection(Matrisurokhha) Scheme will also be able to avail of this facility
Benefits
- Through this scheme, every eligible woman will be given Rs 4000 during their childbirth and Rs 12000 after childbirth which will be paid at a rate of Rs 1000 per month for one year.
