India’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) launched YONO Cash with which you the customers can withdraw money from ATMs without using an ATM card. If you are SBI users, then from now you can generate a one-time password pin(OTP) on the mobile application and use that PIN to withdraw money from the SBI Bank’s ATM. How to withdraw money from SBI bank without ATM CARD?
How it works: Follow the Below Steps to withdraw Money from SBI ATM with a Card
The YONO Cardless Cash on the YONO SBI app which requires the 6 digit ATM PIN and a Transaction number which will be sent to your registered mobile number. Follow the following instructions to create and generate a transaction number on your mobile number.
Step 2: Login to YONO SBI using Internet Banking Password or MPIN
Step 3: Click on YONO Cash from the Quick Menu
Step 4: Now Select the Account and Amount
Step 5: The Next Step is PIN Creation, Enter any 6 digits YONO Cash PIN which will require at the ATM. Click on the I agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 6: Generation of Cardless Transaction Number at YONO App
This is the last step to do a cardless transaction at SBI ATM without ATM. Click on next Button, then it will generate a transaction number and sent to your mobile number.
You can find now a nearest Cardless ATM/Recycler device on the APP and withdraw money without an ATM/Debit/Credit Card.
Note that the cardless transaction requested by the YONO SBI is valid for only 30 minutes. You must you both the transaction number and PIN for withdrawal from any card less transaction enabled SBI ATM/ Recycler.
The customer can withdraw up to Rs.10,000 per transaction and Rs.20000 per day using the application.
YONO Cash facility is available across 16,500 SBI ATMs, pan-India.
SBI chairman Rajnish Kumar said the new initiative will address concerns over using debit cards at ATMs for cash withdrawals by eliminating the possible associated risks. “This feature on YONO is designed to help its users withdraw cash without a physical debit card,” he said in a statement.
Using this mobile application for cardless cash will reduce the risk of frauds and hacking and cloning.
